Cancel anytime

You can cancel Premium through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; free Dubstack features continue to work.

Refunds

If Premium does not work for your setup or you purchased by mistake, email hello@getdubstack.com within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Include the payment email so the subscription can be located.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are outside Dubstack's control.

Abuse

Refunds may be declined for repeated abuse, chargeback misuse, or attempts to bypass Premium quotas.
